Amanda M. Atencio, P.E., C.F.M.
 Ms. Atencio has thirteen years of experience with assignments ranging from design, planning and management for municipal improvement projects to serving as the public works director for the City of Rocky Ford. Her civil engineering background includes design of water and wastewater treatment systems, distribution and collection systems, water resources, residential and commercial land development, design of open channel conveyance systems, hydraulic analysis including modeling, and construction administration. She has extensive experience working with clients to translate technical needs into engineering documents and requisition of project funding. Her professional relationship with her clients has demonstrated proven success, and is apparent by their returning business.

Annette T. Madril, Civil Engineer
Ms. Madril has experience ranging from drafting to design to construction quality control. Her experience with the construction industry has given her the knowledge to provide technical support of engineering operations. Employment with Atencio Engineering, Inc. has given her additional background in residential land development, potable water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and drainage and irrigation systems. Ms. Madril holds certifications for Operation and Troubleshooting of Municipal Lagoons and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Keith Clemans, Civil Engineering Technician
